If you wish to hire the function room (Moulton Hall) and/or the Evans Bar then
you should make contact with the club on 01580 762888 and arrange to see the Function
Organiser. You will have the procedure explained to you and handed the appropriate
forms for completion according to your wishes.

The basic charge including the cost of bar staff is £150 from 6 p.m. to midnight and we require
£100 refundable deposit to cover the cost of any damage caused by your guests.

There are several other charges applicable, if you wish us to arrange the cleaning then there is
a £40 charge, for 18th and 21st birthdays you will need qualified door security, this is a further
£40 and is a legal requirement on our licence.

We have round tables and square and round tables cloths which can be hired and this you can discuss
with the function organiser. And again you can arrange special wines to be purchased in and you can pay
for that before the function date.
